As part of our initial discovery process, we provide each potential home management client with our prospect survey, a series of questions that seeks to uncover needs, priorities and budget. Rather than selling you a raft of generic services, the survey allows us to determine the specific services best suited to your home. We will then schedule a visit to your home for an in-depth home evaluation to further refine our understanding and to identify any needs not set forth in the survey. Following the evaluation we provide you with a Home Evaluation Report outlining the ongoing maintenance efforts that we suggest and setting forth, if necessary, a prioritized list of recommended immediate repairs. Custom Construction
Prior to beginning any construction project, we have an in-depth series of discussions and planning sessions with our clients, their architects and designers.
