Our basic services consist of regular inspections to identify and mitigate potential problems and provide preventive maintenance activities to significantly reduce the risk of future issues. A Nautilus technician will inspect your home weekly, or on a regular agreed-upon basis, to verify that the home is secure, all taps and toilets are functioning properly, interior heat and humidity levels are healthy and that the electric system and all appliances are in working order. We will schedule and oversee all general maintenance including HVAC tests, pressure washing of exterior surfaces, door and window lubrication, water heater flushing and more.

Other optional services provided by Nautilus include post-storm inspections as well as oversight of additional home-related maintenance such as landscaping, irrigation, pool maintenance, cleaning services and painting. We also offer pre-arrival preparation and post-departure services so that you can spend more of your time enjoying your home.
